We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Complaints Resolution Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into customer complaints, providing detailed information and ensuring timely and fair resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate cases thoroughly, conducting audits and investigations to ensure a fair outcome.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer complaints and understand how they are handled across the business.
  • Communicate and network with relevant teams to ensure comprehensive understanding of cases and prompt assistance when needed.
  • Consistently handle cases within regulatory SLAs, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
  • Contribute positively to the team culture by enriching the experience, assisting colleagues and sharing decisions as necessary.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer support or facing roles for at least 3 years.
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent time management skills.
