Job Role Overview

Our organization is seeking a dedicated customer complaints manager to handle grievances related to banking services, credit cards, and financial products.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage customer inquiries, investigate and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  2. Engage with customers through various channels to gather information, understand concerns, and provide suitable solutions.
  3. Compile detailed reports on complaint trends, issues analysis, and resolution outcomes for stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate closely with internal departments to address systemic issues and implement corrective actions.
  5. Contribute to the development of policies and procedures aimed at enhancing the complaints handling process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma holder with experience in customer service, complaints handling, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in report writing, data analysis, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards related to banking and financial services is a plus.

Working Conditions

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Central business district location
