We are seeking a highly skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely and fair manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate customer complaints thoroughly, gathering all relevant information and evidence.
- Communicate with customers via email and phone, providing clear explanations of the resolution process and timelines.

Requirements:
