Customer Complaint Resolution Specialist
Our organization is seeking a Customer Complaint Resolution Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complaint Management: Investigate, analyze, and resolve customer complaints related to banking services, credit cards, and financial services.
- Engage with customers through various channels to gather information, understand concerns, and provide solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports on complaint trends, issues analysis, and resolution outcomes for relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address systemic issues and implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures aimed at improving the complaints handling process.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder with experience in customer service, complaints handling, or a related field.
- Strong investigative skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to handle difficult conversations and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in report writing and data analysis.
Working Conditions:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- 11 Months Contract
