Responsibilities:
  • Investigate customer complaints thoroughly and provide detailed information when requested.
  • Conduct audits and investigations on the internal handling of customer complaint journeys.
  • Communicate and network with relevant product/operational teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of cases.
  • Consistently handle cases within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Contribute to the development of our internal processes and policies.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Zendesk or Salesforce.
