Who are we looking for?

To support the smooth and efficient daily operations and liaising with cross-functional teams to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

What will you be doing?

  • Outgoing shipment support for internal users and customer7s orders / samples.
  • Attach Temperature recorder/Warm mark, Cryo guard temp indicator to each Shipment checklist by DO Number.
  • Coordinate with QC for preparation of COCs.
  • Prepare customer7s Shipment/Packing list barcode to attach to shipping documents.
  • Send out shipping notification and all related shipping documents to customers.
  • Coordinate with CS team and provide necessary on-filed support for shipping.
  • Support purchasing team in issuing Interco PO to Affiliates for trading items (Solder Preforms, Solder Rectangular, Kester Products, solder paste, all flux, Argomax, solder sphere, Hydrogen Getters).
  • Send dry ice order booking to Airliquid (as per next day shipment list).
  • Send PU Box order to Zenaco (for Hicap2000 shipment packing) twice/wk.
  • Goods Receipt in JDE - all trading items
  • Goods Receipt in JDE - RM
  • Keep stock of office supplies (stationeries, provisions, polar water, etc)
  • Maintaining office equipment (shredder, coffee machine, etc)
  • Arrange accommodation/meals/transport for visitors.
  • Prepare Welcome Note in TV at lobby for visitors.
  • Raising PO in Esker for POs related to Facility and Equipment Maintenance and Engineering.
  • Raising PO in JDE for CAPEX items
