In this Role, you’ll get to Responsible for managing all operational commercial activities and solutions including: contract document management, contract performance management, contract change management, contract growth/scope management, sub-contractor/partner contract management, supplier standard T&Cs, customer/subcontractor/supplier contract negotiations. Lead strategic account development plans thereby maximizing development and growth opportunities. Develop and implement the sales and market strategies to increase existing business and market share in consultation with the Sales Managers or other team members of respective airlines. Responsible for making commercial contracts, agreements, and activities within the Aviation Industry. Monitor and analyze individual airline sales figures and trends, investigate reasons for changes and disseminate information to all stakeholders making recommendations and ensuring corrective actions. Develop and implement sales procedures and policies in line with the industry best practices. Set up sales call plans, daily, weekly & monthly reporting mechanisms and ensure that the appropriate selling skills are suitably employed. Determine the growth opportunities to ensure effective sales and market coverage. What you'll Need to Succeed Bachelor degree and above. At least 5 years of working experience in the Airline, Online Travel Agency (OTA) or Travel Management Company (TMC) industry. Solid airline industry knowledge, corporate travel experience is preferred. Good negotiation skills with entrepreneurial mindset and able to work independently. Willing to travel, if required.
