Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Airline Sales Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with travel agents and corporate clients, and promoting our airline's products and services.
About the Role
The Airline Sales Marketing Executive will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop sales reports and market intelligence data, and participate in market development activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing reports and market intelligence data to Sales Managers;
- Proposing sales targets and incentive schemes, monitoring and reporting on agents' sales performance and business practices;
- Conducting agency education and support;
- Participating in team market development activities to identify sales opportunities;
- Representing Vietnam Airlines at seminars, conferences, product launches, trade, and public expos;
- Participating in team data analysis and evaluation;
- Scheduling sales teams' diaries, coordinating, and participating in sales meetings, presentations, and other sales and marketing activities;
- Actioning inquiries from travel agents and corporate clients;
- Supporting and participating in agency helpdesk activities when required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in airline sales/marketing with a business administration or economics background;
- A working knowledge of airline majors with Amadues an advantage;
- Proven analytical skills including information gathering, evaluation, and interpretation;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the ability to quickly learn new systems;
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
Salary and Benefits
The successful applicant can expect a salary range of SGD 3,500 - SGD 4,000 per month, commencing immediately after completing a 2-month probation period and on-job training. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, bonuses, and career development opportunities.
