Corporate Banking Relationship Manager (Structured Finance)
1. Execute, advise, and negotiate on project finance, leveraged finance, or fund finance deals. Manage portfolio and customer relationships daily.

  • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders, assess risk factors, and provide solutions.
  • Structure and handle financing solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Prepare credit applications (client analysis), credit renewal, and conduct periodic reviews of the portfolio.
  • Manage the risk profile of assets throughout the project lifecycle, including monitoring client and project conditions, identifying risks proactively, recommending mitigants, and reporting.
  • Assist in industry research and strategy development, including new growth areas, country strategies, and benchmarking.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' relevant experience in corporate banking or related fields.
  • Good knowledge of corporate banking products, especially project, leveraged, or fund finance.
  • Prior experience in relationship management or finance areas is preferred.
