Service and Support Specialist
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service and Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by performing installations and providing technical training on medical devices.
Responsibilities:
- Install medical devices and provide basic technical training when necessary.
- Plan warranty and corrective repairs/maintenance visits.
- Perform related upgrades/Technical Service Bulletin from factory instructions to ensure services are up-to-date.
- Support Sales and Marketing teams at congresses, exhibitions, demos, workshops, projects, etc.
- Deliver high-quality jobs to achieve customer satisfaction and appreciation.
- Complete monthly maintenance tasks and paperwork for assigned customers' accounts on time.
- Participate in Workplace Safety & Health responsibilities as required by our organization.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics or a related Engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years of technical experience in after-sales support in the medical industry.
- Hands-on experience with medical equipment such as ventilators, monitoring systems, anesthesia machines, incubators, and/or capital equipment.
- Class 3 Driving License.
- Good interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within Singapore region and ability to perform standby duty when required.
