Job Title: Public Service Support Specialist
Job DescriptionThe role of a Public Service Support Specialist is to provide high-quality support to the public through various channels such as emails, online feedback systems, and phone calls.
As a Public Service Support Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing feedback and enquiries from members of the public, providing initial responses to cases received, and working closely with relevant policy divisions and other public agencies to resolve issues raised by members of the public.
You will also be responsible for monitoring the progress of cases and working with relevant divisions to ensure that cases are closed within the service standards. Additionally, you will assist in collating data and providing analysis on cases received by MCCY for QSM reports.
Working Arrangements:
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (8.30am to 6pm)
Location: City Hall
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Resourceful and meticulous with good writing and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good analytical skills and the ability to think logically
- Independent, proactive, and highly committed
This role offers a competitive salary of $2580 - $3100 per month and a duration of 3 months. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
