Role Overview:
As a Service Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various touchpoints. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer calls and enquiries with timely efficiency.
- Greeting guests warmly and ensuring seamless transitions throughout their stay, adhering to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Collaborating effectively with the team to achieve sales targets.
- Providing technical assistance for resolving issues within the outlet.
- Accurately processing billing according to established SOP.
- Maintaining a tidy environment before and after guest departures.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an individual who embodies the following characteristics and qualifications:
- A minimum of one year's experience in the service industry is preferred.
- A personable, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for success in this role.
- Flexibility is key, including weekend and Public Holiday working hours.
