As a Assistant Manager, Compensations (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Reporting to the Assistant Director, the Compensation Specialist will play a vital role in shaping and supporting the organization's strategic objectives. This position focuses on attracting, retaining, and motivating a diverse workforce through effective compensation strategies and practices.
Oversee ongoing compensation processes in alignment with established policies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Support and lead the design and implementation of compensation programs, systems, processes, and projects.
Work closely with HR Business Partners on compensation-related decisions, addressing business challenges, job offers, promotions, and more.
Participate in compensation survey submissions, benchmark against internal data, and analyze survey results to inform compensation strategies.
Conduct audits to ensure compensation procedures adhere to the organization’s policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any related field of studies.
At least 3 years or more experiences in compensation role.
Consulting or in-house experiences will have an added advantage.
Ability to interpret and produce high quality, accurate information and data insights.
