Job Summary: Salary details: $3800 - $5000 Working Days and Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am to 6pm) Location of work: Kent Ridge AWS + PB + Yearly Increment Job Responsibilities: Preparing reports as per assigned. Handles the full computation and participates in the annual manpower budgeting exercise for NUHS HQ and Group Operations & Information Technology departments; administer and support the process for the annual compensation exercises. Assist the Assistant Director in providing reports for compensation analysis, MOH salary review exercises and surveys; support internal/external HR audits, prepare monthly and yearly accruals to the Finance Department and any ad-hoc compensation exercises as required. The Assistant Manager is required to engage and partner with various HR and Finance teams to support the compensation needs for the departments. He/She should have the relevant experience in supporting the end-to-end process for salary budgeting, data analysis and drawing reports from SAP HRIS; be highly proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas), compensation analysis, meticulous with numbers and handling confidential information. Requirements: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience working in large organizations, preferably with compensation experience. Familiar with SAP Success Factors and/or SAP HRIS. Well-versed in MS Office (Excel (pivot tables, formulas), Word, Power Point, etc). Good verbal and written communication skills and collaboration skills. Able to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent time management skills, strong sense of accountability and proven ability to meet deadlines.
