Job Title: BIM Modeler/Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler/Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our construction project team, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed 3D models using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software.

You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain company standards and deliverables. Your role will involve developing and managing the process of exchange and coordination of BIM models with consultants, clients, and stakeholders.

You will also ensure accuracy of documents based on BIM Modelling Requirements and have technical expertise in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma in Architecture/Engineering/Construction related disciplines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and VBA
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
