Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced draughtsman to join our team as a BIM Implementation Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drafting, BIM implementation, and construction management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality multi-disciplinary BIM models on time and with quality. They will also develop and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and libraries.

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in C&S Engineering or related field.
  • Have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in consultancy firms.
  • Show a strong understanding of drawings and ability to conceptualize necessary details for complete sets of drawings.
  • Be proficient in BIM tools, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Producing high-quality BIM models on time and with quality.
  • Developing and maintaining BIM standards, protocols, and libraries.
  • Supporting collaborations with project architects, engineers, clients, consultants, and contractors on BIM implementation.
