**Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows and processes within projects or organizations. This involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective conflict resolution.

Key responsibilities include managing Integrated Concurrent Engineering (ICE) meetings, conducting clash detection analysis, and utilizing tools like Navisworks and Bim Collab to generate reports and enhance project progress.

  • Lead the implementation of BIM workflows and processes within projects or organizations.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
  • Manage ICE meetings to facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders.
  • Conduct clash detection analysis and utilize tools like Navisworks and Bim Collab to generate reports and enhance project progress.
  • Review and validate models created by different disciplines to ensure they are clash-free, accurate, and compliant with project requirements.
