  • Support and guide the Tender Team by providing critical M&E BIM information to fulfil tender requirements.">

  • Engage with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure that all project deliverables are met.">
  • Stay abreast of the latest BIM and construction technologies, proactively recommending innovative solutions for M&E services.">

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with construction methodologies, DfMA principles, and industry best practices for M&E coordination.">
  • Proven ability to manage complex BIM projects, lead a team, and drive results.">
