Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Building Information Modelling (BIM) implementation and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a robust BIM implementation plan, process, and workflow to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project teams to set up BIM projects, work modelling, and detailing.
  • Effectively manage and distribute construction phase submittals, models, shop drawings, and schedules.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards, methodologies, and modelling workflows.
  • Conduct quality control checks for completeness and adherence to company standards on all construction and shop drawings produced.
  • Foster strong relationships and effective communication with clients, consultants, project teams, subcontractors, and statutory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • BIM specialist diploma from a reputable institution is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with the latest versions of Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software applications.
  • Proven experience in managing key projects, including multi-disciplinary team management.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven individual with initiative to work independently.
