Job Description

The BIM Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) across various projects. Key responsibilities include overseeing the Client Employer's Information Requirements (EIR) and Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with the project requirements. This involves coordinating infrastructure and facilities, managing shop drawings and construction drawings, reviewing BIM models, and resolving technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum degree in Engineering or Architecture, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Completed certification course in BIM Management.
  • At least ten years of relevant work experience, with proficiency in BIM Software and five years of site supervision experience.
  • Familiarity with various engineering disciplines, including Civil, Structural, Architecture, Mechanical, and Electrical.
  • Successful implementation of BIM Company Deployment Plans and Project BIM Execution Plans for at least two projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
