  • Coordinate and manage BIM-related activities, collaborating with project stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery.

  • Update and report on BIM activities' progress, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.

  • Develop and implement effective digital solutions to enhance project efficiency and innovation.

    ">">

  • Manage and oversee BIM modeling, information exchange, and collaboration with interfacing contracts.

    ">">

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for BIM implementation.

    ">">

  • Participate in project meetings to contribute to meeting objectives and ensure alignment with project goals.

    ">">

  • Address misalignments in geo-coordinates and orientations in discipline-specific PIM and AIM.

    ">">

  • Rectify misalignments in federated PIM and AIM within the contract and interfaces.

    ">">

  • Maintain discipline-specific templates and BIM Element libraries.

    ">">

  • Implement measures for cyber security of discipline-specific data on the Contractor's CDE platform.

Requirements:

  • ">

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering, with at least 4 years' experience in design, construction, or IDD project management.

    ">">

  • 3+ years of BIM experience as a Project-level BIM Coordinator in large-scale or infrastructure projects, with full project cycle experience preferred.

  • Qualifications include Certified Specialist Diploma in BIM, BIM Management Certification by BCA Academy, Certified Digital Delivery Specialist (DDM Tier 3), or BIM authoring software course by an authorized vendor.

  • Experience with coordination software like Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM360 is advantageous.
