Key to the success of our organization is a skilled BIM Implementation Specialist . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading BIM strategy and execution across diverse projects. To excel in this role, you should possess in-depth knowledge of industry-leading BIM software, technologies, and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive BIM Execution Plans, Clash Detection Reports, and Quality Control Procedures to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to synchronize design submissions and specifications, guaranteeing compliance with project requirements.
  • Monitor and report on BIM-related activities, progress, and status to Senior Officers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
  • Verify and rectify BIM-related challenges and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of all BIM software used in projects, troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Diploma or Degree in Engineering with relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
  • Essential: 5 years of relevant experience in CAD and 3D model implementation and management, with a strong understanding of BIM technologies.
  • Desirable: Proven expertise in BIM Authoring Tools, with experience in large-scale projects within design, engineering, or construction firms.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

This role demands a deep understanding of industry best practices, BIM standards, and collaborative workflows to drive successful project outcomes and foster exceptional team performance.
