Job Title: BIM Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM professional to join our organization.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in ensuring that Client Employers Information Requirements (EIR) and Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) are effectively implemented on site.
  • They will also be responsible for coordinating all related infrastructure and facilities in BIM Model before commencement of actual works on site.
  • In addition, the successful candidate will ensure that all shop drawings and construction drawings are coordinated and updated in the BIM models prior to the commencement of actual work on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with EIR documents and BEP.
  • Coordinate BIM teams to meet project requirements.
  • Update BIM models regularly.
  • Review BIM models and relevant deliverables submitted by contractors.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues submitted by contractors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in Engineering or Architecture or equivalent.
  • Completed certification course in BIM Management.
  • At least ten years of relevant work experience with proficient BIM Software skills.
  • Five years of relevant work experience in site supervision.
  • Familiar with various aspects of engineering.
  • Successful implementation of BIM Company Deployment Plan and Project BIM Execution Plan for at least 2 projects.
