Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a BIM implementation plan, process and workflow to ensure BIM data meets project deliverables.

This role involves assisting project teams in setting up BIM projects, creating detailed models, and managing construction phase documentation.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with expertise in BIM standards, software applications, and project management.

  • Maintain BIM implementation plan, process and workflow to ensure BIM data meets project deliverables.
  • Assist project team in BIM Project setup, project work modelling and detailing.
  • Manage and distribute project construction phase for submittals, construction models, shop drawings and schedules.
  • Develop and implement BIM Standards, manage modelling workflow and methodologies.
  • Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all construction / shop drawings produced.
  • Liaise closely and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, project team, subcontractors and relevant statutory bodies.
Requirements
  • Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • BIM related specialist diploma from a reputable institution is a must.
  • Familiar with the latest versions of Revit, AutoCAD and other relevant software applications.
  • Experience in managing key projects, including the management of multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently.
