  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee a team of BIM Coordinators and Modellers, driving their development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans.
    • Travel extensively throughout Singapore, ensuring efficient project delivery across various assignments.
    • Act as the intermediary between designers, clients, and stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Manage BIM standards, resources, and application configurations, adhering to industry best practices.
    • Produce monthly reports for senior management, highlighting BIM implementation progress and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance colleagues' skills in specific software applications.
    • Integrate project data within the BIM model, ensuring accessibility while maintaining confidentiality and security.
    • Lead cross-functional BIM teams, overseeing the management and integration of project data.
    • Support career development, coaching, and mentoring staff to achieve individual and team goals.
    • Arrange and facilitate CCSM and site coordination meetings, resolving potential issues before they impact projects.
    • Participate in customer project meetings, providing expert guidance on BIM implementation and auditing project metrics.
    • Deliver complex technical presentations and training sessions to diverse audiences, showcasing technical expertise and product knowledge.
    • Generate progress and status reports for BIM projects, supporting informed decision-making.
    • Collaborate with customers to leverage BIM data, driving business value and process improvements.
    • Support sales teams in requirements gathering, proposal writing, marketing, and presentation activities.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest AEC software developments, technologies, and trends, providing informed insights and analysis as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in Architectural/Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or GIS/Building Science-related domains.
  • At least 6 years of BIM-related design and construction experience, demonstrating technical growth and expertise.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore's BIM Guide, VDC Guide, IDD Guide, and BCA BIM-related documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and software-specific knowledge in MS Project/Primavera and other tools.
  • Ability to adapt to rapid change, multitask, and manage multiple projects with high domain knowledge and project responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to determine construction detailing and techniques.
  • Highly motivated individual driven to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with construction IT, including BIM/VDC software such as Revit, Tekla, Navisworks, Lumion, and 3ds Max, is highly desirable.
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
