The HR Officer serves as a key enabler of organizational growth by leading the full recruitment cycle and ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle from entry to exit. With a strong foundation in recruitment, this role balances people-facing duties with structured reporting, and HR system updates. Confidentiality, accountability, and coordination are essential pillars of success in this position. Job Description 1. Talent Acquisition Handle full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, screening, shortlisting, and coordination of interviews Liaise with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and candidate expectations are aligned Maintain updated recruitment tracker and recruitment-related documentation Provide weekly hiring status updates to the HR Manager 2. Onboarding & Offboarding Coordinate end-to-end onboarding experience Conduct exit interviews and compile insights into attrition trends Ensure timely deactivation/reactivation of systems and accounts 3. HRIS and Employee Movement Updates Update employee records in the HR system for new hires, terminations, and staff movements Coordinate with payroll contact on monthly movement updates 4. HR Reporting Prepare monthly headcount and attrition reports Analyze basic trends and provide commentary from exit data and hiring metrics Maintain accurate dashboards for recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate)Job Requirement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking ability Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset Proficient in recruitment strategies and stakeholder handling High integrity and discretion with confidential information #J-18808-Ljbffr
