Role Summary

  • We are seeking an Assistant to support the delivery of learning programmes across various formats.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering learning programmes, co-developing content, managing programme logistics, and preparing client-facing materials.

  • Deliver high-quality learning programmes in virtual, blended, and classroom settings.
  • Collaborate with trainers and consultants to design and customise interventions.
  • Manage programme finances, procurements, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Prepare engaging client decks, reports, and action planning materials.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or GCE 'A' Level qualification; all applicants welcome.
  • An interest in Learning & Development, with relevant qualifications a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with advanced skills in design tools and Excel a bonus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
