Programme Coordinator Job Opportunity

The Intergenerational Learning Programme (ILP) is seeking a skilled and organized Programme Coordinator to manage its school coordination efforts.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with schools and external organizations to plan and execute online/onsite workshops for seniors and youths, fostering intergenerational bonding through group learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate ILP workshops onsite or online, ensuring seamless execution and participant engagement.
  • Recruit, manage, and coordinate programme facilitators, leveraging their expertise to enhance workshop quality.
  • Design and create publicity materials that effectively communicate the programme's benefits and appeal to potential participants.
  • Handle senior enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing timely support and guidance.
  • Manage administrative matters related to programme planning and execution, maintaining accurate records and reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma Holder and above, demonstrating relevant academic credentials.
  • A team player with strong communication skills, able to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in coordination work, preferably in education or community outreach settings.
