Intergenerational Programmes Coordinator

The Intergenerational Learning Programme (ILP) aims to foster meaningful connections between youths and seniors through group learning.
We are seeking a skilled Programme Coordinator to execute workshops, manage logistics, and collaborate with schools and external partners.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating workshop schedules, venues, and speakers;
- Designing promotional materials and publicity campaigns;
- Recruiting and managing programme facilitators;
- Providing administrative support and coordinating logistical arrangements;
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a strong team player, and have prior experience in coordination and administration.
Key Requirements include:
- Diploma Holder or above;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools;
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
