PROGRAMME DEVELOPMENT & DELIVERY
- Engage with EQUAL’s stakeholders and partners to plan, develop, and manage Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL) programmes, events and activities for beneficiaries.
- Develop and finetune the pedagogy and methodology for programmes and services delivery using evidence-based framework
- Conduct and facilitate programmes and services.
- Review processes to bring about quality standard and services in programmes delivery.
- Prepare beneficiary progress reports and ensure timely submission to stakeholders.
- Conduct needs and outcome assessment to measure and enhance programme relevance and effectiveness.

TEAM MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
- Manage, mentor, coach and supervise a team of 6 senior/programme instructors, providing guidance and motivation to achieve the set objectives of EQUAL’s programmes.
- Oversee deployment and allocate appropriate resources for on-site and off-site programmes.
- Manage the performance review and development of direct reports by identifying their areas of improvement.
- Prepare and monitor budget for EQUAL’s EAL Programme.

PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT
- Explore new avenues of collaboration with schools, partners and stakeholders.
- Develop and build multi-stakeholders’ relationships and pipeline to expand and enhance the impact of the programmes.

DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS & OTHERS
- Lead the team to assess needs to ascertain viability of projects and lead in the conceptualisation and planning of new projects for EAL Programmes & Services.
- Working with other managers, CEO and the Board on the strategic growth of the organisation.
- Any other areas assigned by the Management.
