About the Role

This is a highly rewarding opportunity to join our team as a Learning Programmes Specialist.

You will be working in both outdoor and indoor settings, delivering animal-assisted learning programmes to diverse groups of beneficiaries. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing programme plans that cater to the needs of our clients.
  • Coordinating with schools, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth logistical arrangements.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as data collection, beneficiary progress reports, and evaluation measures.
  • Assisting with volunteer coordination and equine-assisted learning trainings.
  • Contributing to advocacy and research work related to our organisation's mission.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in social work, counselling, or psychology, with excellent facilitation skills and a strong ability to multitask. Additionally, they should have prior experience working with horses and be comfortable around animals. A fresh graduate with a passion for animal welfare and education is also welcome to apply.
