  • Design and implement quarterly staff engagement programs to raise awareness of sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments, such as Technology & Operations (T&O), to develop and execute sustainability-focused activities and engagement campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sustainability initiatives at major events, such as the Live Fulfilled Carnival (formerly known as FFW). This includes managing logistics, designing marketing materials, and potentially staffing the event booth.
  • Manage the coordination and logistics for technical training and certification programs related to sustainability.
  • Oversee the coordination and administration of the sustainability Master's Apprentice (MA) program.
Responsibilities

Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing sustainability initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated passion for sustainability and an exceptional understanding of sustainability principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good to have experience with data analysis and reporting.
