Learning Programme Coordinator

Job Scope:
- Develop and deliver virtual, blended, and classroom learning interventions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to shape course content, curriculum, and learning outcomes.
- Provide support and assistance for the smooth delivery of programmes.
- Partner with public agencies to develop customized L&D interventions.
- Project manage programme development, including stakeholder management, business processes, budget, and timelines.
- Manage full spectrum of programme administration and logistics duties.
- Oversee finances and procurement matters related to programmes.
- Maintain accurate records and manage databases.
- Comply with service standards and operations guidelines.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of finance and procurement processes.
- Experience in programme administration and logistics.
- Proficiency in database management.
