About the Role
A Programme Coordinator (Adult Learners) position is available to support the management of a new Master's programme targeting adult learners. The successful candidate will work closely with the MSc Programmes Office and Academic Directors to ensure the smooth operation of the programme, maintaining its integrity while meeting the needs of adult learners.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall management of the programme, ensuring effective implementation and adherence to SOPs.
  • Deliver exceptional service to adult learners, providing assistance with course-related matters, experiential learning components, academic counselling, and wellness issues.
  • Maintain accurate data on student demand and feedback, advising Academic Directors and the MSc Programmes Office for continuous review and monitoring.
  • Lead a functional role within the Programme Management team, collaborating with all members to achieve shared goals.

Class Timetable Scheduling and Course Registration
  • Coordinate and de-conflict course outlines and timetables with academic departments, ensuring standardization and timely completion.
  • Communicate effectively with adult learners regarding coursework, preparing user guides and conducting briefings as needed.
  • Prepare essential information for instructors on class enrolment, learner profiles, teaching guidelines, and assessment before each semester.

Student Record Management
  • Monitor and track adult learners' workload and progress, responding promptly to their concerns, including leave of absence applications and academic counselling matters.
  • Organize mid-term feedback sessions, consolidating gathered information and tracking follow-up actions from stakeholders.

Faculty Matters
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments as necessary for instructor engagement.
  • Provide teaching support to faculty, leveraging resources from NUS offices and IT systems.

Exam Processing
  • Track and monitor timely mark uploads by faculty, ensuring zero discrepancies.
  • Compile marks and Board of Examiners' reports, processing learners' requests.

Student Feedback
  • Prepare data for the Student Feedback System.
  • Compile feedback reports for the MSc Programmes Office and Academic Director, monitoring follow-ups if required.

Event Management and Liaison
  • Collaborate with other units within the MSc Programmes Office on office projects and events.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the MSc Programme Director and MSc Associate Director.
