This position involves providing administrative and logistical support for programme planning and delivery, as well as assisting in marketing and outreach efforts. Key duties include delivering excellent student support to ensure positive experiences, supporting promotional and recruitment events, and conducting various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and logistical support for programme planning and delivery.
- Assist in marketing and outreach efforts, including social media content creation, promotional materials, and email campaigns.
- Support promotional and recruitment events.
- Deliver excellent student support to ensure positive experiences.
- Conduct various administrative tasks as required.
- A minimum Polytechnic Diploma or a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with graphic design tools.
- Experience in marketing, programme management, or event coordination is advantageous.
- Familiarity with active aging or lifelong learning sectors is a bonus.
