Spare Parts Manager (OEM & Aftermarket Focus)Location: Braddell / Ubi Industry: Automotive / Mobility Employment Type: Full-Time Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for automotive parts and global sourcing?Join our dynamic team as a Spare Parts Manager , where you'll lead the charge in expanding our OEM and aftermarket network, driving sales, and securing high-value partnerships across the automotive industry. Your Mission: As our Spare Parts Manager, you'll be at the forefront of sourcing innovation, responsible for identifying top-tier OEM and aftermarket suppliers, developing strategic sales plans, and managing supplier relationships to ensure quality, profitability, and growth. Key Responsibilities: OEM & Aftermarket Partner Development Scout, evaluate, and onboard global suppliers to strengthen our sourcing capabilities. Sales Strategy & Target Setting Design and execute monthly and annual sales plans. Set and monitor team targets aligned with company goals. Revenue & Profitability Management Drive sales performance, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance profit margins. Supplier Relationship Management Build long-term partnerships with OEM principals and aftermarket vendors. Market Intelligence & Benchmarking Stay ahead of industry trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activities. Tender & Proposal Management Lead tender participation, RFQs, and contract negotiations. Prepare winning proposals and close strategic deals. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, operations, and finance to deliver customer-centric solutions. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure all parts meet regulatory and quality standards. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track KPIs, analyze pipeline progress, and report to senior management.
