**JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Assist the Parts Manager in:

- Strategize, plan, manage the parts sales of all franchise products represented by the company.
- Assess the market, generate prospects lists and develop and execute a comprehensive internal and external strategic sales plan to increase revenue and profits.
- Assist to develop and secure new parts products and franchises
- Set quality standards for profitable operations through the management of sales contracts, staff, risk, revenue and finance.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationship with the principals.
- Account for and supervise all financial controlling and reporting of parts sales
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve the financial goals; communicate result, strategies and changes to all level of management
- Generate leads from various sources and respond and follow up on the leads.
- Build rapport with major customers.

2. Perform project or other job assignment from time to time.

**QUALIFICATION, REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS**

1. Diploma or Degree in Sales / Business Management

2. Preferably in **Spare Parts of Automotive / Machineries**

3. Mature and outgoing with **good presentation skills**

4. Aggressive & a **hunter character **with good negotiation skills

5. Experience in handling sales team

6. Computer literate, knowledge of AX dynamics is an added advantage
