**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Executive Domestic Manager to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of Team Members: Train and develop the Housekeeping, Culinary, and other teams in proper procedures and appropriate performance of duties to ensure smooth running of the residences.
  • Household Manuals/SOPs: Write and review household manuals/SOPs for owner approval and monitor their effective implementation by all team members.
  • Team Sourcing/Recruitment: Source, recruit, and select suitable housekeeping and culinary team members.
  • Staff Scheduling: Monitor staff working schedules to ensure adequate manning, supplies, and equipment for household operations.
  • Owner Communication: Frequently interact with owners to maintain direct communication and compliance with their needs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in a related field.
  • Vendor and project management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills and strong teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to deliver discreet, confidential, and unobtrusive services while maintaining fine etiquette.
  • Anticipation and adaptability in meeting others' wishes.
  • An eye for detail with interest in antiques, fine wine, and flower arrangement.
  • Self-demand for high standards.
