Job Overview

As a Domestic Payments Product Manager, you will play a key role in developing new capabilities and driving commercialization of domestic payments products. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in transaction banking, payments business, tech industry, institutional or consumer banking, innovation, eCommerce, and/or Fintech to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative solutions for core payments and drive their adoption through partnership with sales and banking teams.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and influence product roadmap by championing data tools.
  • Lead pricing workstream for domestic payments and partner closely with billing, pricing and finance team to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage operational risk and business risks in core payments, ensuring a front-to-back approach.
  • Contribute to best practice recommendations to regulators as they pursue policies to foster financial innovation and upgrade payment systems.
Key Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in transaction banking/payments business, tech industry, institutional or consumer banking, innovation, eCommerce, and/or Fintech.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth by identifying commercial opportunities and building strong client relationships.
  • Ability to connect unmet clients' needs with commercial opportunities, develop viable business models, and build personal credibility.
  • Innovative mindset to be open to new ideas and new ways of doing things.
Competencies:
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions to deliver results-oriented solutions.
