Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) provide award-winning integrated cash management and trade finance services to multinational corporations, financial institutions, and public sector organizations across the world. The TTS business provides market-leading capabilities and solutions, to build and develop deep client relationships across 90+ countries globally.

Domestic Payments is a core part of TTS business, that adds local depth to Citi's unmatched global network by building strong domestic capabilities that offer our clients fully digital, innovative and integrated solutions for their treasury and commercial needs. This role requires a strong understanding of the global payments, client operations and industry participants. The ultimate objective of this role is to ensure that our innovation in Core payments unlocks significant value for clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Development, rollout, and execution of new capabilities in Core Payments.
  • Drive commercialization of Domestic Payments Products in close partnership with Sales and Banking Team.
  • Champion all available data tools to proactively identify opportunities to drive revenue growth and influence product roadmap.
  • Lead Pricing workstream for Domestic Payments and partner closely with Billing, Pricing and Finance Team to holistically identify and address revenue leakages.
  • Own front to back Operational Risk, other risk stripes and partner closely with all stakeholders to proactively manage business risks and meet regulatory requirements in Core Payments
  • Contribute to best practice recommendations to regulators in Asia Clusters as they pursue policies to foster financial innovation and upgrade payment systems, while managing existing and emerging Risks in the business
  • Build credible and trusting relationships with network partners internally and promote business ties with external industry stakeholders.

Knowledge/ Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in transaction banking/ payments business, tech industry, institutional or consumer banking, innovation, eCommerce, and/or Fintech
  • Experience working in product development or market management, business development or in a client relationship/solution sales role, with a good understanding of the technology and operations capabilities underpinning client solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth by identifying commercial opportunities with a strong and clear articulation of client value proposition.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize insights and prioritize and influence actions in a highly matrixed, large corporate environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Master's degree is "Good to have".
  • Strong knowledge of Product Management disciplines
  • Experience and knowledge across all components of transaction banking solutions will have an advantage (e.g. operations, client delivery, technology, relationship management, and/or business management).
