Job Title: Executive Domestic Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Executive Domestic Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping, culinary, and other staff members. This will involve training and developing their skills, as well as ensuring that they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
  • The Executive Domestic Manager will also be responsible for creating and implementing household manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs). These documents will outline the policies and procedures for various aspects of the household, including cleaning, cooking, and maintenance.
  • The role will require the ability to source and recruit suitable staff members, as well as schedule them appropriately to ensure that the household runs smoothly.
  • The Executive Domestic Manager will need to communicate effectively with owners, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the level of service provided.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing a team and implementing effective systems and processes.
  • Vendor management skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, including owners, suppliers, and contractors.
  • The Executive Domestic Manager will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Pleasing personality and excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • The successful candidate will be able to deliver discreet, confidential, and unobtrusive services, while maintaining high standards of etiquette.
  • Anticipation and adaptability are key qualities for this role, as is the ability to meet the changing needs of owners.
  • An eye for detail is essential, as is an interest in antiques, fine wine, and flower arrangement.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven individual who can maintain high standards is ideal for this position.
