Job Description:

The successful candidate will be part of our team that champions fair treatment of domestic workers and promotes social integration among the community. As a Migrant Domestic Worker Interviewer, you will be responsible for interviewing migrant domestic workers in their native language, assisting with employment-related issues, and escalating any concerns to the relevant authorities.

  • You will work closely with interpreters to conduct interviews face-to-face or remotely.
  • Render assistance and provide advisory services on employment-related matters.
  • Evaluate responses from interviewees and record them on a custom-designed platform.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Interview migrant domestic workers in their native language.

Requirements:
  • Min. N level or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist, office administrator, or customer service officer.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
  • Ability to converse in Tagalog/Hindi to liaise with native-speaking clients.
  • Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
