Domestic Worker Rights Specialist

About the RoleThe Fair Treatment Advocate will be responsible for conducting interviews with migrant domestic workers in their native language, assisted by interpreters if required, to gain insight into employment and welfare conditions.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with migrant domestic workers to understand their experiences and challenges.
- Provide assistance or advisory services on employment-related matters to MDWs and employers.
- Elevate instances of employment and welfare infringements to relevant authorities.
- Diligently document interview responses and compile comprehensive reports.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and data entry.
- Minimum N level qualification or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist, office administrator or customer service role.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to converse in Tagalog or Hindi to communicate with native speakers.
- Possesses strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
