Domestic Worker Support Specialist

The Centre for Domestic Employees is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join their team as a Migrant Domestic Worker Interviewer.
About the Role- This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization that champions the rights of domestic workers in Singapore and promotes social integration within the community.
- To conduct interviews with migrant domestic workers, either face-to-face or remotely, to understand their employment and welfare conditions.
- To provide assistance and advisory services to domestic workers and employers on employment-related matters.
- To identify and report any infringements of employment and welfare laws to the relevant authorities.
- To maintain accurate records of interview responses and generate reports as required.
- To perform general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, data entry, and other duties as assigned.
- Minimum N-level qualification or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, such as reception, office administration, or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to converse in Tagalog or Hindi.
- Strong service orientation and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
