Job Description:

The Centre for Domestic Employees (CDE) is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Domestic Worker Interviewer. This role will be part of our efforts to champion the fair treatment of domestic workers in Singapore and promote cohesive social integration among the community.

Duties include interviewing migrant domestic workers, providing assistance and advisory on employment related issues, escalating infringement of employment and welfare to relevant authorities, collating and recording responses, and performing general clerical duties.

This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to converse in TAGALOG/ HINDI. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve the objectives of the CDE.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Min. N lvl or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a receptionist, office administrator or customer service officer
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to converse in TAGALOG/ HINDI to liaise with native speaking clients
  • Good communications skill and service-oriented attitude
