Cogent owns one of Singapore's largest one-stop integrated logistics hub, Cogent 1.Logistics Hub. It offers warehousing, freight forwarding, container and ISO tank depot, automotive logistics, and transportation services in Singapore. It also operates warehousing and container depot businesses in Malaysia. Role Description We are looking for a Customer Service Executive in SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd . The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as inventory control, customer service, and order processing. Responsibilities Attend to customer's enquiries and liaise with customers to ensure that all the job requirements are captured Perform job order creation in the system Communicate customers' requirements to Operations for their execution Monitor job and provide timely updates for shipment Monitor progress of job order and shipments and adhere to deadlines or specific dates Maintain business relationship with customers Assist in all aspects of accounts receivables process including billing, issuance of debit notes and credit notes Ensure all billings accruals are made on time and generate invoices for posting to customers Responsible to ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices and job sheets Accountable for accuracy and precision of billing process to customers Train and guide customer service officers Assist in permit declaration Responsible to feedback customer complaints to assistant managers / managers and assist with the findings and reporting Any other duties and responsibilites assigned from time to time Qualifications Degree or Diploma in logistics and supply chain management, or equivalent qualifications preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Knowledge of warehouse management systems software is an advantage Ability to work in a team environment Attention to detail and ability to multitask Knowledge and experience in shipping, logistics, and warehousing operations Able to perform overtime when necessary Other Information Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.45pm; Alternate Saturday: 8.30am - 12.30pm 2 way-Transport provided at Jurong East Lunch subsidy In-house gym Medical, dental & insurance benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
