Customer Service Executive

**Position Summary**
The primary role of Customer Service Executive includes processing the orders placed by customers based in Thailand, validate orders as well as ensuring customers’ wish dates are met.
The Customer Service Executive reports directly to Customer Service Manager with close collaboration with Customer Service Lead.
**The Position**
- Responsible for order processing
- Perform order entry and/or validate orders
- Key market focus: Thailand
- Liaise with various departments such to ensure timely production and dispatch of goods to customers based on Wish Dates
- Manage order tracking activities for Customers
- Provide regular updates to Customers on order status
- Log-in customer complaints into system and assist Complaint Team in the investigation
- Coordinate goods return or product recall if required
**About You**
- Diploma in Business Management or its equivalent
- Min 3-5 years’ experience in Customer Service function
- Native in Thai as required to communicate with Thailand stakeholders
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with excellent SAP working experience will be an added advantage
