They are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their expanding business. Youare responsible for managing customer service activities and support the markets for all product groups. This dynamic role will see you working closely with the regional sales directors, sales representatives and the global supply chain team. You will also be interfacing with the regional customer service and logistics teams, global supply planning team, global support team, regional distribution centres, overseas freight forwarders and customs brokers as well as customers within the Asia Pacific region. **Responsibilities**
- Sales/trial order management in ERP
- Processing of return orders and credits
- Backorder management to ensure partial shipment consolidation
- Handle customer enquiries and provide close follow up actions
- Close collaboration with the global supply planning team on stock availability
- Liaison with customers and sales for stock availability, expected ship-dates & general queries on orders and shipments
- Liaise with the warehouse partner on order handling and exceptions
- Liaise with freight forwarders on deliveries, including cross border shipments, per incoterm
- Follow up on logistics shipment issues and documentation to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare and analyse reports on shipments

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in handling customer service duties
- Experience in managing export processes.
- Working knowledge of incoterms and export shipping documentation
- Experience working with external freight forwarders
- In-depth knowledge of commercial tools, such as ERP systems and OTC processes
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good working knowledge of SOX compliance and procedures
- Fluent in English and Chinese/ Mandarin preferred
- Excellent communication skills required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent phone manners and high level of service and customer orientation
