Reports to: Head Office Finance (Australia)
Dotted Line Reporting:Sales Manager - MENA, South East, and North Asia
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, cash management, and working with the appointed professional service provider in the Company’s accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
Prepare monthly financial reports and budgets to be reviewed by Head Office Finance
Manage tax filings, liaise with auditors, and ensure compliance with Singapore’s financial regulations.
Administration:
Act as the primary contact for sales managers and administrative support.
Liaise with banks, local authorities, landlords, and other related agencies to ensure smooth operations.
Manage legal and contract matters in collaboration with the corporate office in Australia.
Oversee the system migration from Xero to Business Central.
Work with external service providers.
Coordinate all internal and external audits to ensure compliance with the Company and regulatory standards respectively.
Assist with HR policies and matters in collaboration with the corporate office.
Ensure all company policies comply with local regulations and corporate standards.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree inAccountingorFinance.
6 to 8 years of relevant experience in finance and administration, preferably in a multi-national environment.
Experience with ERP systems; exposure to Xero and Business Central is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills(both written and verbal) for liaising with international teams (HQ in Australia).#J-18808-Ljbffr
