
Aftersales Service Manager

The role of the Aftersales Service Manager is crucial in ensuring seamless customer service and satisfaction. In this position, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals who provide technical support and maintenance services to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technicians and engineers to deliver high-quality after-sales services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure effective inventory management and spare parts supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
- Master's degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.).
- At least 5-7 years of experience in technical service or aftersales support.
- Proven track record in managing service operations and spare parts sales.
- Experience with compressors and rotating equipment preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
