Job Overview
The role of the Aftersales Service Manager is crucial in ensuring seamless customer service and satisfaction. In this position, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals who provide technical support and maintenance services to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technicians and engineers to deliver high-quality after-sales services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective inventory management and spare parts supply chain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.).
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in technical service or aftersales support.
  • Proven track record in managing service operations and spare parts sales.
  • Experience with compressors and rotating equipment preferred.
